| The Certification Institute of Municipal Clerks for Central and Eastern Europe was established with the aim to promote and support the professional development and skills of the municipal clerks from Bulgaria and CEE countries through organising and conducting specific education and certification programmes.
In our work we strictly follow and implement the international standards in municipal clerks’ education and cooperate closely with International Institute of Municipal Clerks based in the United States. Our efforts are focused on achieving the highest quality in education and turning the local administration into a strictly professional and effective one.
Through our services we:
- Promote and encourage professional and post-graduate development of municipal clerks;
- Promote specialised certified educational programmes for municipal clerks;
- Encourage and stimulate research with regards to the development of certified professional training.
CIMCCEE is actively interacting with International Institute of Municipal Clerks and the other recognised certification institutes for promoting effectiveness and professionalism of the municipal clerks through continuous professional training.
