The institute was created with the idea to meet the specific needs of certified education for municipal clerks both from Bulgaria and Central and Eastern Europe. CIMCCEE is the first internationally recognised certification institute within the International Institute of Municipal Clerks framework. The special thing here is that we are the first ever officially recognised certification institute outside North America, which is a huge success for our team.
